These terms cover your use of www.360-evermore.com and the online booking tools of 360 Evermore Memories (“360 Evermore,” “we,” “us”). By using the website, you agree to them.
Booking requests
Sending a request through our website asks us to check availability; it does not reserve your date. Your date is reserved only after we confirm your booking and receive any required deposit. Prices shown on the website may change until your booking is confirmed.
Event bookings
Deposits, payment deadlines, cancellations, rescheduling, and on-site requirements are covered by the booking agreement we provide when you book. If that agreement differs from these terms, the booking agreement applies to your event.
Photos and videos
Videos captured at your event are delivered to you and your guests for personal use. With your permission, we may share selected clips to showcase our work. Let us know if you prefer we do not.
Using our website
Please use this website only for lawful purposes and do not attempt to disrupt it or access areas that are not meant for the public, including our staff booking dashboard.
Limitation of liability
We work hard to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is.” To the extent allowed by law, 360 Evermore is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
