360 Evermore Memories (“360 Evermore,” “we,” “us”) provides 360° video booth rentals in Wesley Chapel and the Tampa Bay area. This policy explains what information we collect through www.360-evermore.com and our booking tools, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Booking requests: when you use the form on our website, we collect your name, email address, phone number, event date, and anything you write about your event.
- Booking details: if you book with us, we keep the details of your event, package, pricing, and payments.
- Staff sign-in: our private booking dashboard uses Google sign-in for our own team only. Google shares the team member’s name and email address with us.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your request, check availability, prepare quotes, manage your booking, collect payment, and deliver your event videos. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for unrelated advertising.
Services that help us
We use a small number of trusted providers to run our business: Cloudflare (website hosting, our booking database, and secure sign-in), Formspree (delivering booking-request emails to us), and Google (staff sign-in). If you pay us, your payment is handled by the payment service you choose (such as Square, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle) under that service’s own privacy policy; we do not see or store your full card number.
How long we keep it
We keep booking requests and booking records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our business, tax, and legal obligations, then delete them.
